Each Fanny & June hat is consciously crafted by hand in Nashville, TN using traditional millinery methods. The hats are made in limited runs and can be customized to fit your needs.

About the maker

Hi, my name's Anna, and I've been making hats since 2009. I wore a hat everyday as a kid, and fell in love with the craft behind handmade hats in college while taking classes in the fashion department. I am always in search of the perfect hat. I believe the right hat becomes part of how you express who you are to the world. 

Beginning in 2009, I worked for a hat designer in Los Angeles before fine-tuning my skills through courses with milliners and other couturiers in Paris, London and New York. I am constantly exploring new methods to make my hats even more unique such as silk flower making and tassel making, but there's something special about an untrimmed hat, in which the form speaks for itself.

 

How to Order

The average head size for women is 22.5”. If hats typically fit in the store you should be safe ordering any hat in that size. To determine your head size, use a dressmaker's measuring tape  and measure above your eyebrows and over the biggest part of the bump at the back of your head. The tape should feel comfortable, not too tight or loose (how you want the hat to fit), it should land between 21”-25".

Any item purchased through the website may be returned within 14 days for a full refund minus shipping. Custom designs are final sale.
